Hi,

CMS Builder doesn't create templates. However, you can take the code from the code generator and place it into any design or template you want.

I'm not sure I understand your second question. CMS Builder doesn't output a file. You place the code in a file and it displays the content from the database on that page. It won't override any files. If you're worried about exiting pages (like about.php for example) you can do a couple of things. You can put the CMS Builder code into a new file (like about_us.php) and it won't affect the about.php at all. Or you can change the name of your old page (about_old.php) and then replace the it with the CMS builder page.
