Rapid Response Tickets

I'm looking for a way to be able to offer clients quick response support, which they will have to pay for. I know you have your Rapid Response Tickets which people can buy in batches of five. Is this a custom built system, or are you using a script I can purchase somewhere?

Hi Radioman,

Our ordering system is all custom, but RRTs go into our ticket system which is "Kayako eSupport" from http://www.kayako.com/solutions/esupport/

Depending on volume you might be able to accomplish the same thing with a dedicated email account (that notified you of new RRTs via a new mail sound, text message, etc) and a paypal order button (which you can create on their site).
