Multi Record repeat bg color

I have a news box in which i am using the Multi Record section editor. It works fine, except I want every other news clip to have a grey background color.
example:
News Clip 1 (white bg)
News Clip 2 (grey bg)
News Clip 3 (white bg)
News Clip 4 (grey bg)
any quick fixes for this?
