Your earlier code that you posted and the options look good (you might want to hardcode perPage to 999 and pageNum to 1). It should definitely show the links. Maybe try viewing source on the list page and seeing if the pdf links are there but info1 is blank. That would be one case where you wouldn't see anything.

Hey Dave,
Yah it looks right, but its not working and no pdf_files (uploads) are displaying in the first two sections. The viewer page right from CMS Builder seems to work fine, but its only showing the first record.
I will email you the login details for CMS Builder and the web page links. That's very generous.
