Can the View Website link be set to view the page you are working on? Thanks.

Unfortunately, no. It links to the "website url" you've defined in the settings.
Because CMS Builder lets you display your records and data so many ways it's a bit more complicated to figure out what to link to to display previews. I'm going to give it some thought and see what I can come up with.
