Print record of a section

Hi

My CMSB contains patients' data. Data are stored in a section named "Logbook". I login into the CMSB, open the section "Logbook", press "Create" and insert the data for each patient. I would kindly ask for some advice on how to print the context of each record, if possible within the section.
