I'd love to see a PHOTO GALLERY plug-in designed for CMS builder that made use of LightBox or LightWindow.
I'd be happy to pay for this sort of plug-in as well as be a guinea pig for the development process, but I think this would be very useful for a lot of users out there trying to create an image gallery that is client (end-user) friendly.

That's a good idea, and I'll definitely pass that along -- but thought I'd throw out some tips for integrating LightBox.
It's actually super easy. The only thing you need to add to your images is:
rel="lightbox[Homepage]
