Permalink Plugin Error

I had this installed and it was working fine for months.. now all of a sudden I get error:

The requested URL /cmsAdmin/plugins/permalinks/permalinks_dispatcher.php was not found on this server.

Hi,

What version of the permalinks plugin are you using? This is a known issue for old version of permalinks plugin.
