Outgoing SMS Plugin using Amazon SNS

Hello,

I have purchased the Outgoing Mail SMS plugin and everything is working great with TextLocal. The only issue is that it is very expensive to send messages using TextLocal compared with Amazon SNS (https://aws.amazon.com/sns/).

I read that you might adapt the Outgoing SMS plugin so that it works with another SMS gateway and so I am really hoping you would be kind enough to do this for me:

 If you have another gateway service you'd like to work with, we'll do our best to add support for it at no extra charge.

Can you please let me know if you can integrate the Outgoing SMS plugin with Amazon SNS?
