Hi,

We've been very happy with our experience so far with Page Publisher & Listings Manager, and we're now looking to expand our use of them.

We'll need more than one installation on the same website, because we need different sets of data fields. In these forums I've found replies from you that imply that multiple installations of the same software on a single website will require multiple licenses? However, the license information for Listings Manager (and your other software) states...


Lifetime license. Once you've bought a license, you can use the software forever. It never expires or needs to be renewed. Purchase one license for each website you plan to install the software on.


So where do we stand?

Thanks for the post! :)

Each license of our software is good for one installation at any given time. This means that if you're planning on having a multiple installations running you would want to purchase multiple licenses.

We're happy with the license requirements (just wanted to be sure), but you might want to reconsider the summary that you have under the Pricing details...

"Purchase one license for each website you plan to install the software on."

could mayb read more like the license itself...

"You are granted a non-exclusive right to use and install ONE copy of the software on ONE website."

Anyway thanks again for great software.

Oh, and being in Australia we appreciate your "Our Officer Are Open" button that reminds us of when you're around... but could you give some idea of when Live Chat is available... it's been showing "back soon" since around 8am till now (nearly 12 noon), which by your opening hours would be something like 1pm to 5pm your time.

I just wanted to go over what the different images mean for Live Chat. There are only three that you’ll normally see.

Live Chat – Unavailable: There is actually no one in the office connected to the system

Questions Click Here for Live Chat: There is someone waiting to talk to you [:)].

Live Chat – Back shortly: We are logged into the system but already in chats.

Some chats will actually last several hours and they could only be one person able to handle Live Chats. If we are away though, you can always leave a message via the Live Chat emailer or just regular ole support@interactivetools.com
