Hello,

I sent a refund request last week and still haven't received any response. I also sent an email to sales@interactivetools.com, and still... I got no response.

When should I expect a refund from you?

Hi there,

Refunds are generally processed within 1-2 business days.

Your refund request came in on Christmas Eve, while our office was closed. We were also closed on Christmas Day, Boxing Day, then the weekend. We're back in the office today, so your refund will be processed within 1-2 days now. :)
