Is there a way to tell who added an upload?

In CMS Builder, is there a way to tell who added an upload? I know you can see who first started an entry and who last modified that entry, but can you tell which account may have added or modified an image in-between create and last accessed?

Hi,
Individual records show the created and last modified user but not uploads.
This is something we could create a custom add-on to accomplish.
