Import listings from XML file

Hello,
I have purchased the Import plugin and it works great for CSV files. However I need to be able to import listings from an XML file.
Does anyone have any experience with doing this?
Any helpful pointers would be much appreciated.

Hi Greg,
Just responding to this old post. The only way I've ever parsed XML files was by writing a manual parser, unfortunately. There's some PHP modules that might help: http://php.net/manual/en/simplexml.examples.php
