Give user access to only 1 field of a record?

Is it possible to give a user access to only 1 field of a multi-field section/record?

Not yet. Or, only for admin users. In the field editor you can set a field to be "admin only" and then only users with admin access can view or edit it. You can't assign certain fields to certain users yet though.
