Hi I am at he point of adding search to my converted WP site, I need to create full text indices on a couple of fields for the relevant tables. Quite easy manually that aint the question, it is whether cmsb will try and touch them? I notice it will create a standard index for a fields, but just whether it will leave my add-ons alone once there?

Hi Larry,
Definitely backup and test, but no I don't think there's any code that would impact your custom created indexes in any way. And if there was we'd be happy to fix it so it didn't. But currently, I'm not aware of any code that would affect that.

Excellent. Couldn't find anything when I looked, at the moment doing it all on my dev system ... long road still have about 1,000 posts to fix to remove spurious stuff unless I can figure out how WP mangled them ;-)
