We were wondering if theres a way in the CMS Builder files to change the default colors of borders (added by the "add image" popup box) from black to white?

Hi there.
Thanks for posting.
My first thought is the solution will be with CSS.
Are you looking to remove the borders when the images are being displayed in CMS Builder as you create/edit a record?
Or are you looking to remove the borders when the images are displayed on the front of your site?
Or maybe both?
