Our programmers are at it again! We're happy to introduce the latest CMS Builder add-on, Download Mail. This allows you to have CMS Builder check an email account and download the messages within. Once you've got those emails, there's a ton of neat things you could do with them, including:

• building support ticket systems
• posting articles by email
• receiving attachments or uploads via email
• syndicating email content (reposting incoming email content to your site or to other services)
• aggregating email content (collecting or publishing content received from multiple email sources)
• integrating with 3rd party applications (using received emails to trigger internal processes)
• allow email responses (replying to an automatic "you've received a comment" email could post a response)

Our popular AutoBackup plugin has been updated to be even more powerful! Now, as well as allowing you to create automated snapshots of your CMS Builder database, you can have those snapshots emailed to you. We're happy to introduce our latest staff member, Jason Sauchuk. He's off to a great start, and he may have already helped you in the CMS Builder forum! Jason spent 4 years after University living in South Korea with his wife and travelling extensively, until he became a new Dad to his adorable baby daughter. While in Korea he volunteered at an orphanage, wrote a novel and starred in a reality TV show where he won purely due to his good looks and charm. We're trying to convince him to bring a copy in so we can share it with you.
