Starting next week (March 5th), Rapid Response Tickets will be $25 per ticket instead of $10. Now would be the best time to stock up on any extra Rapid Response Tickets you need. If you're in a rush, have an emergency, or need an instant response, at only $10 a ticket we'll be able to reply to your questions immediately during regular business hours.
After March 5th, Rapid Response tickets will be $25.
Our regular support, always helpful, friendly and free, is still the best option if you have a problem and you don't need that extra rush. We'll normally get back to you in less than 24 hours.

4. New CMS Builder Quotes and Featured Clients, *** Video Now Fixed ***

We've recently updated the CMS Builder pages on our site to include new featured clients. We've also added a section for customer testimonials which you can read near the bottom of this page.

Many of you checked out the CMS Builder video and mentioned the audio was choppy. It turns out a recent Flash update was the cause.
