1. CMS Builder - Free 10-Day Trial
|
You've probably heard us talking about CMS Builder a lot lately. It's hard to hide just how excited we are about it. It's really one of the most revolutionary tools out there.
But we know, talk is cheap on the internet. How can you know for sure that it's for you... without giving us your money?
We wanted to make it as easy as possible to answer that question, so we've introduced a 10 day free trial. It takes a lot less than 10 days to automate your site with CMS Builder (watch our 5 minute video) so you'll be convinced in a fraction of that time.
Come give CMS Builder a try and join me in the forum. I'm in there day and night (my wife and I just had a baby). We're helping people with everything from basic CMS building, to crazy advanced PHP tricks (for those who want it) and we'll be there with just as much help and support for you.
Whatever we can do to help you get your site automated and launched, we're here for you. Come join our CMS Builder community and see just how easy it is.

2. Page Publisher to be discontinued January 25th
|
We're going to be discontinuing Page Publisher on January 25th, 2008.
I wanted to make sure I gave you advance notice of this so you can stock up before Page Publisher is discontinued.
In addition, we'll be continuing to offer our huge multi-pack special for Page Publisher. You can save as much as a 60% on your Page Publisher purchase, our biggest discount ever! Multi-pack discounts kick-in starting with any purchase of 2 or more licenses.
Page Publisher Pricing
If you're a bit shocked that Page Publisher is coming to an end, don't worry: we have a new product called CMS Builder that does everything Page Publisher can do, and a LOT more. Plus it can be set up faster and more easily, saving you hours of development time. If you're a regular user of Page Publisher you would really benefit from switching to CMS Builder for your future projects.
CMS Builder gives you the space you need to grow. While Page Publisher is great for updating single pages of content (like your homepage message or contact us page), CMS Builder also allows you to create lists of items: news articles, job postings, products, or anything else. CMS Builder can handle it all, quickly and effectively.
Whether it's single content pages or dynamic lists, CMS Builder can do it, all on the same website with one program to manage everything. Click here to learn more about CMS Builder or watch this video to see how you can have your own custom content management system in under five minutes.
If you have any questions about any of this please call us (toll free 1-800-752-0455) or send us an email.

3. What are people saying about CMS Builder?
|
In November we launched CMS Builder and made a bold claim, that you could set up your own content management driven website in a matter of minutes. While we had no doubts about this (you can see for yourself by watching this video), we really wanted to hear from our own customers that they were having the same success.
Read what others had to say!
"You literally can have a CMS driven site up in minutes"
"Interactive Tools CMS Builder is just the program I have been looking for... allowing me to easily create new, user updatable websites in a fraction of the time (and budget) that it previously took. Not only that, but it comes from a company that I KNOW will support not only the program, but me also. If I need to ask a question, I am confident that I will get an answer that will solve the problem that I have.
In addition to the quality support, this program is extremely easy to learn, and quick to implement. You literally can have a CMS driven site up in minutes - And I believe I could build the next site in a matter of hours with this program.
Many of my clients have a limited website budget, and up to this point have not been able to afford a content management system. But, with the very reasonable cost of CMS Builder, I have at least five existing websites that will soon get a CMS, and I'm sure I will use it on nearly all sites I build in the future. It will save me so much build time on these sites that I can easily pay for the program without even increasing the budget!"

"So easy to use, I didn't even have to train my client"
"This was the perfect solution for my client's site, as they needed to be able to update several separate sections of their site, which have different styles of content.
After CMS Builder had been set up on the site - with Interactive Tools's excellent help - I emailed the login details to the client. He started editing the site, even before I had explained how to use the system. It's that easy to use!
I've already recommended and bought a copy for another client's site. I've used several products from Interactive Tools, and this is by far the best."

If you're a CMS Builder customer, let us know about your experience. Was it easy to create a basic CMS? Did we provide you with good support? Was it fun? (or... whatever you want to say).
If you still haven't tried CMS Builder, I invite you to find out why others have found it so useful. With CMS Builder you'll have a content management system up and running in minutes, with more benefits, more features, and better support than any other solution.
If you ever have any questions, you can call (toll free 1-800-752-0455) or email (sales@interactivetools.com), we're here to help you every step of the way.

4. CMS Builder 1.06 Released: Now with WYSIWYG Image Uploading
|
CMS Builder v1.06 has been released with a lot of updates, including a new option for uploading images (and other files!) through the WYSIWYG. You can see a full list of changes in the CMS Builder changelog.
Click here to upgrade to the latest version of CMS Builder.
Once you've upgraded, to enable the new uploading option for your existing Section Editors, just go to Admin > Section Editors and click "modify" for the section you want to update. Then "modify" for your WYSIWYG field. You'll see a checkbox for the new field option, "Allow uploads for this field".
To upload an image into a WYSIWYG, click the Image icon on the toolbar. Next to the URL is a browse button that you can use to browse for an image on your desktop to upload.
A LOT of our feature additions over each update are directly from user input, so a huge special thanks to everyone who's helped provide input. Please don't hesitate to let us know if you have any feature requests or if you get any errors. We'll be in rapid-development-mode on CMS Builder for the next little while, so now is a great time to have significant input into the software.

5. High revenue, low maintenance site for sale (profits $3K/month)
|
We're selling one of our web properties, htmlarea.com. htmlarea.com is a high revenue, low maintenance site. In fact, we spend no more than a few hours a week on it. While we'd love to keep the site, our main focus is CMS Builder and our other products, so we're looking to sell it.
Each month, thousands of visitors come to htmlArea.com looking for web software components and developer resources that can help them with the creation of their website or web application. These visitors include software developers adding functionality to their web applications, webmasters enhancing their web forms, and other technically adventurous users.
All of htmlarea.com's revenue is generated through advertising. This includes Google AdSense, Text Links, and a strong group of repeat advertisers who purchase both banner advertisements and sponsored listings.
If you're interested in possibly buying htmlarea.com you can email our CEO Dave Edis, at ceoDave@interactivetools.com.
