3. Have You Been Double-Dipping? (Please Read)

All customers please read this carefully.
You might be surprised to know, like most software companies, people pirate our software. When we see 10 commercial websites running a copy of Article Manager that was only paid for once, it makes us sad. :(
Most of the time it's an innocent mistake, someone bought a 10-pack and used the same license key on every installation, or a developer moved servers but forgot to delete their old installation. There's also those very few cases where someone has done it intentionally.
Please lend us your help and check if your licenses are in order. If they aren't in order, we're offering a grace period of two weeks, before we begin contacting people. This gives you the time you need to purchase any extra licenses you need. You can even take advantage of the multi-pack special that's currently running.
Note that this offer is "no questions asked"...we just want everyone to be on the up-and-up, so even webmasters who've intentionally abused their license keys are welcome to take advantage of this opportunity to "go legit". ;)
So how do you check? Log into each installation, go to the License secion under your program's Setup Options and look up the "Product ID". If you're running multiple installations on the same license, here's what you can do (depending on your situation):
- Delete any unused installations.
- If you previously made a purchase for each install but accidentally used the same license key, apply a unique license key to each of your installs. You can always call or email and we can resend you your license keys.
- If you haven't purchased a separate license for each installation, then you're currently breaking the terms of the license agreement. You'll need to purchase an additional license for each extra installation.
