Thanks for the post! :)
If you no longer wish to receive forum updates or notifications, the easiest thing to do is to remove your email address from your User Profile. To do this, when logged into the forum, click on "Edit Profile" in the top menu bar, next click on User Profile, and from there blank out the email address field and click save.
