HI there! :)

Umm Id like to have the live support feature installed on this site for my site :)

I been thinking our subscription based site which is growing daily of about 800 subscribers now :), Im thinking that each day while im at work, I can put on office open for live support, and our customers can log on ask questions to be answered directly.

I wonder if you can tell me how I can get live help.

I could search the net, but since this one seems to work fine.. if you can point out where you got it from so i can get it too :)

Hi the one they are using is liveperson http://www.liveperson.com - you can sign up for a free trial - it is really effective.

There are others such as

http://www.live2support.com/

http://www.phplivesupport.com/

http://www.livehelper.com/

http://www.livechatnow.com/

and so on......

I think though that liveperson has many nice features worth investigating, I have used livehelp and discussed a problem I was having with the staff here and it was resolved in seconds.
