Hi Brian. Thanks for posting! What had you planned on upgrading? I imagine it’s Article Manager though . When you change the publish type from .shtml to .php, your articles are still going to be published to the same folder. The articles in your archive will remain the same, as they don’t actually get published; they are loaded directly from your database. I am not quite sure what you are looking for with the automatic SSI includes. By default Article Manager is going to use SSI’s on its templates to include the category list and headlines files. Were you looking to get these automatically switched to php includes? That isn’t actually done by Article Manager, however, it isn’t difficult and I could go over it with you if you like. I hope this gets you on the right track, however, with a few more details, I am sure I can help out some more.
