Hi. Thanks for posting again! I just wanted to go over what the different images mean for Live Chat. There are only three that you’ll normally see. Live Chat – Unavailable: There is actually no one in the office connected to the system Questions Click Here for Live Chat: There is someone waiting to talk to you . Live Chat – Back shortly: We are logged into the system but already in chats. Some chats will actually last several hours and they could only be one person able to handle Live Chats. If we are away though, you can always leave a message via the Live Chat emailer or just regular ole support@interactivetools.com Hope this helps.
