Moving Program

I purchased Page Publisher for a client's website and installed it as part of a complete redesign of their website and they have been using it for a year.
Now, under new management, the client is going to do another redesign of their site with another company and they have no plans on using this program.
Since I purchased the program, can I move the program from my old client's server to another one of my client' s server that is in need of this kind of program?
I wasn't quite sure of what the guidelines are for this.
