Moving ALL FILES from interactive tools Can't Post

Have read until I am cross-eyes, and there really is a lot of help for working with the program, however, it seems this place is like Hotel California. I am trying to figure out how to remove, download, migrate, take your pick, all the articles, photos, etc., previously published here on interactivetools, and move to another vendor. A client of mine has tried to get help through phone calls to the company, but they won't really help her. Any comments or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Re: [enerson] Moving ALL FILES from interactive tools [In reply to] Can't Post

Hi RS,

Your client won't have any files published on interactivetools.com, we don't provide hosting, but they would have software and their files setup on their own hosting account.

From your post, I'm not sure exactly you need but if you email me at damon@interactivetools.com, and provide the software name and what your client needs done, I will be able to provide some suggestions.

It's true, we don't offer free support for things like that.

Moving data from _any_ one platform to another (Drupal to Wordpress, Joomla to Sharepoint, etc) is a _lot_ of work and not something you can expect vendors to do for free.

Any decent programmer should be able to export the data though. People have hired us many times to move data from Joomla, Wordpress, Drupal, etc to our platform.

Hope that helps!
