Live Chat unavailable? Can't Post
Hi IT team,

I tried to contact you via Live Chat, but this feature on your home page seems to be permanently unavailable. Will it be enabled in the (near) future?

Thanks for posting! :)

Some members of the support team are at a seminar in Chicago, so being a little under-staffed we've decided to leave live chat off for a few days. The good news is they'll be back in the office tomorrow, so Live Chat will be available.
