Is there a problem with email? Can't Post

Hi,

I see posts are getting answered in the forums so assume everyone isnt away on holidays at the moment but I am concerned that my emails to consulting@interactivetools.com reference CONSULTING #KTX-869288 could be somehow going astray, I last received communication from Ross two weeks ago at which time he was going to prepare a quote for us but I havent heard anything since, nor have I received any response or acknowledgement of the three emails I have sent since which I find extremely unusual based upon the experience we have had during the years of using your products and support services.

Could someone please check your system and check to see if my emails are being received and being responded to as I have a client who is getting rather unimpressed at the time we are taking to provide our quotation for this job and would hate to lose it due to some issue with emails not being received by either of us.

There was definitely something happening with the emails there. I have your ticket id now and replied a little while ago. Have a look for it and we'll go from there.

Hi Ross,

Am still concerned that there is a problem with emails, I emailed you friday and havent had a response or confirmation of receipt, also emailed yesterday including an email asking if you could just confirm receipt of my emails due to the previous problems but again havent had any confirmation or response.

At the moment I dont know if you are dealing with my emails or just havent got them, I always request a read receipt but never get one. The time differences make it difficult enough without the added stresses of not knowing if emails are getting through or not. I am sure it is just a technical hitch of some sort as I have never had cause to complain about the service and support received from you all in the past and this is why we continue to use the products.

Can you please advise if you are receiving my emails and any possible reason as to why I do not seem to be getting a response, while not your responsibility it is nonetheless some weeks since I first contacted you regarding this work and from the clients point of view we are no further forward which is making live a bit uncomfortable here so reliable communications at this time are a major concern.

Hi,

I see your email in our ticket system and I will ask Ross to reply to your emails as soon as possible.

Friday our office was closed for Canada Day so Monday was a busy day catching up.

For future emails, if you haven't heard back from us in a reasonable amount of time, please feel free to call to check on the status or email me (damon@interactivetools.com) and I can check the status and send you an update.

Thanks Damon,

Sorry I didnt realise there was a Canada day, I hope you had a good time, so long as the emails are there thats a weight off my mind as there is nothing worse than not knowing whats happening and as I say we dont seem to get read receipts which may due to your internal system.

Our email ticket system doesn't send out read receipts as far as I know. It also converts emails to plain text.

Always feel free to call or email me or anyone else here directly if you want to confirm an email was received or follow-up on the progress of a quote.
