This is an unedited - okay, it's edited - pledge of my love for Donna. I love her. But not to worry, I'm not a stalker and, well, you're in Canada.

Thank you so much for taking the time to correct this for me. Little story. About a year or so ago I was looking into Realty Manager (I don't believe Listings Manager was a product). I was going to turn it into my classifieds for the motorcycle site. Alas, it would have been way to much work to try and get it to work where individuals could post their bikes. But I already purchased it, and then had to unpurchase it.

When I knew that my site really needed content, I remembered one thing above all else - you guys were nice and never made me feel like an idiot for not knowing something. So I came back.

No where on the internet is there a better customer service team. No where. I'm going to go kiss my 3 year old.

Not only do you rock with support, but you ride as well? That's a bonus.

I totally agree! Donna and the rest of the team are an inspiration and a credit to their company. They put the rest of the internet to shame really.....

It's been like that from Day One with Interactive Tools, starting with our great experience with support from Dave Edis 5 years ago. Same deal. Never made to look like an idiot, even though I was even more suspect for that category back then. There are tons of free scripts out there, but the support for these is worth every penny and more for their reasonable price. Frees us up to do other neat things for clients.

I.Tools could teach a lot of companies what customer service really means.

Love is a strong word, but I certainly dig her alright. She did my install for me 19 months ago when I first got the product. I think the install said 24-48 hours, but she had it running in like 20 minutes. I tried to thank her but she passed it off as no big deal, that she was just around the terminal at the time and happened to have free time.

Also, last year I had a client back out of a Realty Manager project I'd built (worked me three weeks in their office, never paid me a cent.) Had no problem returning the product for my full refund.
