HTMLarea Bold producing <strong> not <b> Can't Post

I'm using html area to update dynamic contents for the flash website.

Currently flash supports html 1.0 which is conflicting with the html area generated html.

I'm using bold button which is generating <strong> tag. I want it to generate <b> tag.

I checked the js file but didn't get any clue on that.

Hi,

Thanks for the post! Smile

Although htmlArea has been around for a while it became clear that the project wasn't progressing the way that it was intended, so we've decided to discontinue it.

htmlarea.com has now been re-launched directory of WYSIWYG editors. So instead of being able to choose from just htmlArea, you'll have an entire directory of WYSIWYG editors to choose from.

If you'd like you can take a look at htmlArea's forums. They are still up on the website in read only format so you can look to see if anyone has asked this question before:

If you have any other questions please feel free to let me know! Smile
