Q: does the new term apply to software purchased -say- a month ago? Technically, I'm not sure. Honestly, if there is anything you're unhappy with you should email support@interactivetools.com and talk to them about it. We try very hard to be as flexible as we can and depending on your situation it's likely they can help you with a refund, exchange, credit or whatever you prefer. The best thing to do is send them an email. If it's really just didn't work out for you the way you hoped, or wasn't the best fit the client, I can't see them not giving you a refund. But, you'll have to ask. : ) If you just want to have an extension on the refund period, just ask for that. Hope that helps. Dave Edis - Senior Developer interactivetools.com
