Hi Lee, Thanks for the post! If you're going to be putting the code for this form on one of your Listings Manager template files then you should just be able to use the field the same as you would any other Listings Manager field. You could use the placeholder that looks like this: $lfieldX$ You'd just want to replace the X with whichever field it is you've got your e-mail address in. I hope this helps and if you have any other questions feel free to let me know! Cheers, Mike Briggs - Product Specialist support@interactivetools.com

Hi Lee. Thanks for posting! While I am unable to recommend one specific script for you, I did a quick search over at http://www.hotscripts.com for “form mail” and came up with these results: http://hotscripts.com/search/2105124.html. From what the previews say, it sounds as if one of these may help you out. I chose to do my search in the CGI script section because we both already know that your server can run CGI scripts because that’s exactly what Realty Manager is; a CGI script. If you take a look through this list, or perhaps do a few more search, I think you should be able to find something that fits your site nicely. It would be great if you could let us know how you make out. Perhaps you can make a recommendation for one particular script. Just keep up updated . ----------------------------------------------------------- Cheers, Ross Fairbairn - Product Specialist support@interactivetools.com

Ross, I'm completely lost. I went to the site you mentioned. But it's all Greek to me. I don't even know the meaning of cgi, perl or any other languages that their talking about. I have a simple (I think need and I don't know how to go about getting the form I need. My webhost offers an email form function and it works great. They said what I need there email form software can't do. Do you know anyone that would make a script for me (I will pay) I want a form (when it is filled out) sent to a email address that is different on each page. Let say I have 10 listings. Each is owned by a different agent. When someone visits their listing the visitor can fill out a form to inquire about the listing. I want the form to automatically be sent to the webmaster and the agents email address. Each listing has a field that is the agents email address. Does that make sense and can it be done? Any help for a non programmer (I mean no knowledge what so ever) would be most helpful Need

Irike, I have a script that works great and works just like formmail but better in the sense that it uses templates for the emails so you can get the look and feel you want. If you are a total beginner I can try to explain how to set up the script but if you would like I could set it up for you and have it running in a couple of hours. Talk with me through private message, I can install the script, edit your Auto Manager template, and edit the final email template for you for a reasonable rate. Greetings cwheelsone, I'm going to point everyone to the actual website of the script I use. The script is one of the best form processing scripts I have seen in a long time and the script comes in many formats including PHP, ASP, and PERL, so it will work on any platform. The company that makes the site is www.mitridat.com but the actual site for the form processor is www.email-form.com. I use this script and highly recommend it, although you probably have formmail for free on your server the price for this script is well worth it because it has so many other things that formmail cannot do. For example this script can actually be used as a shopping cart system with complicated calculations and if statements, trust me I have done it before. Check out the other products on www.mitridat.com also they have a lot of useful tools, I have also used their click counter script and would recommend that one as well. I have used this script many times so if you need any help with it let me know I can guide you in the right direction. David Rogers ZYBR media an Olando based web design studio. I need to have a form on each listing page that would send an inquiry to the webmaster of the site's email address and to an email address that is on the lising page (it has its on field) Each listing has a different email address. Do you think this software could handle the task? This is the only thing holding me up from sending my pages to the search engines.
