Rental payment processing with Paypal

I am still in the pre-sales mode. I have a quick question about whether something is possible.
My intended use for Listings Mgr. will be with a rental properties site.
Is it possible to setup a Paypal payment system for tenants that wish to pay for the lease/rent right away over the net.
They would have to agree to the lease contract of course prior to this, but this is not the concern.
I was wondering if this lease/rent payment process could become a built in feature of the program that I could just fill in an amount of the lease/rent by the specific property within Listings Mgr.
Then, when my prospective tenant clicks a "lease now" or "rent now" button from the listing on the site they get sent through the process of agreeing to the lease agreement and the specific $$ amount for that particular listing get propagated for processing thru Paypal
Is this possible?

I've just been fiddling around in the online demo version
I wonder if the solution could be:
Goto the Setup Options tab=> Setup Listings Fields
Just create 2 fields in the listing since it appears that you can use html code in the listing fields
One that lists the monthly price and then another field that would be a button to start the rental process.
I guess this could even be setup for just leaving a deposit on the rental unit as well
The 1st listing value would be the rent value or deposit value
The 2nd listing value would be code for the button, could be simply a button that goes to the lease agreement, which would be a page where the prospective tenant would have to digitally sign before being sent off to Paypal
Then they would be taken to Paypal to make the payment.
the only thing is, how can I get the $$ amount which would be a listing value entered by the listing rental owner to get propagated to the Paypal payment amount

nope couldn't get that to work
The Paypal button code wouldn't show on the listing
back to the drawing board

Just got off the phone with Donna at support
She says this is possible, but I would have to have
access to the templates, which are not accessible
in the demo version.
She told me no problem
just fyi, for all those that read this post in the future
