Hi, Thanks for the post! This sounds like something that you may be able to set up using a third party script of some kind. That script could maintain all of your email addresses. You may also be able to set up this script so it would send out an email whenever Listings Manager's data file is updated. To make things even simpler you could just have this script maintain the email addresses and you could manually create an email that you could send to the subscribers with the 10 or 20 of the latest listings once a week, for example. The first step would be to look into some third party scripts you can use. I'd suggest looking at a script resource directory such as http://www.hotscripts.com I hope this helps and if you have any other questions feel free to let me know! Hi Mike - Hotscripts, etc is no doubt a good place to look... but I was hoping to bypass the searching and find a recommendation from someone who has done this - always a faster and more reliable way to go. Maybe another user, or someone else there at IT has a specific suggestion? thanks

Hi, Thanks for the post! While I haven't seen anything else like this in use on a site hopefully someone who has used a script like this will be able to post a reply with some details on how you could set this up. In the meantime if you have any other questions or comments you can feel free to let me know! Cheers, Mike Briggs - Product Specialist support@interactivetools.com

Another user and I are working on something... when we get it working, I will be sure to post it here for others to see. I think this - and the ability to set an expiration date on listings - would be a crucial addition to the default ListMan package. Do you support 3rd-party plug-ins for your products?

Hi there. Thanks for posting! A way to have listings auto expire sounds really neat and I would definitely be interested in having a look when you are ready. At this point we aren’t really able to support 3rd party add-ons however feel free to post it up for the rest of the community to have a look. I look forward to hearing from you . ----------------------------------------------------------- Cheers, Ross Fairbairn - Product Specialist support@interactivetools.com

Hi Ross - I think I mis-spoke in that last post. We are working on the auto-notification feature, no idea really about the expiration but it seems this would be a common request, as all real estate listings usually have a term or date of expiration when listed. I will let you know what we get figured out on the notification, and would really appreciate any feedback from the group at large about an expire feature. thanks
