1. Are you getting any error messages? 2. Does the auto manager GO TO the next page after the upload screen where you enter the picture caption (but it shows the red "X" box where a picture is? 3. Are the permissions on your folders set correctly? To allow uploading to certain folders? expand a little and we can track down the problem. ---Joey Joey Stubblefield http://Used-CarLots.com Powered By Auto Manager! http://1000Cars.com Powered By Auto Manager! http://MeetingStreetMotors.com Powered By Used-CarLots.com Via Auto Manager!

Could be something as simpe as not assigning the pictures as Preview, Picture 1, Picture 2, etc. You have to upload and then asisgn how they are to display. __________________________________ InternetOne.net

Hi Knick, Here is a couple of things to check if your images aren't appearing: - after uploading an image and you have returned to the Listing page, select from the image dropdown list at the bottom of the page where you would like the image to appear. For example: Preview image, Image #1, etc. - if you are receiving a broken image link, right click and view properties to find out where the program is looking for that image. - in the Setup options confirm the Listing Directory path and URL is correct. - via FTP check that Writeable permissions (try CHMOD 777) are set on the /rm/listings/images/ directory and the /rm/homepages/images/ directory. If you would like us to take a look to help get the images appearing, we would be happy to do that. Here is the link to our Support Request form: http://www.interactivetools.com/support/email_support.cgi As well as you FTP information, please include your Realty/Auto Manager username, password and Login page URL. Thanks, Cheers Damon Edis interactivetools.com
