unused defined fields

I hope to use this Realty Manager sometime soon, after all I bought it for the client months ago! Handling lots of questions for them first, the most recent being if a field is defined-for example say there is a field defined as describe window treatment with a text box. If when the client is putting a listing in, and doesn't want to use this field for a particular listing, if it is not filled in will it still show up as a blank on the finished listing? In other words only field used show up??

Hi irishis, I'm afraid that there's no built-in way to do this, but there is a javascript solution. Take a look at my response to this post - the problem was concerning Article Manager, but the solution works equally well for Realty Manager, too. One thing to note - you'll have to replace the $art_field#$ with $lfield#$. Ben interactivetools.com
