Hi Maurice,
Are you wanting to set up a location dropdown list on the search engine page so visitors can choose location and then price range to search by? If so, let me know and I can provide the steps.
If you are trying to create a sorted search result list, the results can be sorted by location or price but not sorted by both (location then price).
