results problem....

I have 3 buttons (Residential, Land, Commercial) when I click Residential it goes to my _search_results_mir_res.html page and displays fine. When I click on Land or Commercial button wrong, ie. it spaces out the results for min of 5 records returned even though there arn't 5 records. any help/suggestions appreciated.

Hi Brent,
Thanks for posting. 
I took a look at those pages, and I'm not quite sure what the problem was there. Was it the whitespace appearing above the "Commercial" text? If so this probably has something to do with the design of your templates. You might want to try adding a valign="top" attribute to any <td>, <tr> or <tbody> tag that encapsulates this area. If you're using a stylesheet, you might also want to check that for anything that could be causing this problem.
