problems uploading images

After I click the "upload" button after choosing images, I'm getting the generic box with red X for image and am not able to save. Is this a folder permissions problem?
Server is NT 4.0

It's likely a permissions problem. If you right click on the image and select properties it should show you the full URL to the image. If you go there and there's no image it likely means that Realty Manager (or rather, the user Perl runs as, usually IUSR_machinename) doesn't have write access to that folder.
