HI
Tell me if i'm an idiot (you wouldnt be the first!) but a user has just emailed me saying theres a problem as he doesnt have to log in now, no pass required
I know this is normal, but if i log in on one machine (eg to demo) will it stay logged in on there indefinately?? Is this just the log out inactive users setting?
I know if you log out its ok but even I just close the window normally

Hi Lee,
Good question. The reason the user can login to Realty Manager without entering login info is because they probably didn't log out and the users login session cookie is set and will last for as long as the Login Inactivity Timeout time is set.
To solve this issue, have the user click the "x" button in the top right of the interface or the "Logoff button to log out. The other option is to reduce the Login Inactivity Timeout time in the Setup Options.
