invalid license?

Hi There,
Just updated to latest version of Realty Manager. Went into "setup options" to make a few changes but as soon as I hit "Save" it reverts to the opening graphic with the following message:- ... "Template : Template cell '_setup_invalid_license_id.html.buttons' is not defined!" I had to give my license number in order to download the upgrade, so how come it seems to be "invalid" now, or is it something else entirely?.
