graphic issues

template graphic will not show. Yes I modified it in each template, saved graphic to server and published thru listman setup opts.
Is there issue with using frontpage to edit templates? Am I missing another step? I've edited these same images in past without problems. I'm lost. http://www.tropicalrealtyspi.com/listman/listings/

Hello,
I see that the URL to the graphic is <img border="0" src="titleimg1.gif" width="558" height="165">.
I find it best to use the full URL as Listman pages are not always at root level.
This would make the above...
<img border="0" src="http://www.domainname.com/titleimg1.gif" width="558" height="165">

Hi kt,
Thanks for posting. 
Nicolas is actually on track with this one - in your image tag, you're not specifying the full path to the image which is this:
http://www.tropicalrealtyspi.com/images/titleimg1.gif
You'll want to use this URL instead of the image filename for those image tags.
