Hi,
A couple of questions :)
1) is it possible for clients to register and upload their own details of their property?
2) Is it possible to export property details to other web-based sales sites such as fish4homes, hotproperty, yahoo etc...

Realty Manager doesn't allow users to register directly on the site by default however we do have an add-on available through support to provide this functionality. If you would like the add-on sent to you, simply fill out a support request, available here: https://www.interactivetools.com/support/email_support.cgi
In answer to your other question, Realty Manager doesn't have a database export feature.

That sounds interesting, can you explain a little more about the addon please?
It would be very handy if there were a "user submission" tool where a person can submit a new listings with all the details filled and then the admin can see and approve or disprove of it for public display (i.e. must be approved before showing). Is that what this is?

Hi Mark,
The add-on is basically a "user signup" registration tool. While there's no approval basis for individual listings, you can require approval for the user account before it is able to create listings.
