Will be moving to a new server

I started setting up Realty Manager under my test domain for a client, but before I do it all, I'm wondering what will happen when I move the folder to the client's domain. IOW, I don't want to have to input everything all over again. So what is the procedure for moving it to a different domain / webhosting account?

Hi, Thanks for the post! To move Listings Manager to a new server you should be able to just copy all of the files off of the server to your local computer, and then re-upload those files to the new server. From there, you can look at steps 4 and 5 of the installation documentation to see the permissions you'll want to set on these files on the new server: http://www.interactivetools.com/docs/doc.cgi?/listingsmanager/doc_page5.html Next, you'll want to log into Listings Manager's admin program and click Setup Options->Server tab. You'll want to ensure you modify all of the paths and URLs that are pointing to your old server to ensure that everything is pointing to the right place. Other than this, because you're moving the files over to the new server you shouldn't lose any data and shouldn't need to do anything else. I hope this helps!
