WYSIWYG Editor does not display in Firefox

Is it me, or does the WYSIWYG editor not function in Firefox? I've the latest version (2.0.0.7) and the WYSIWYG editor displays fine in my Article Manager products, but not in the Realty Manager (ver 2.52) Is it not designed to work in Firefox? I searched the forum and not noticed that anyone else has posted a similar problem. Any info would be greatly appreciated. Thanks! __________________________________ InternetOne.net

Hi Cathy, Thanks for posting! Listings Manager actually uses a different WYSIWYG editor than Article Manager and this is why you're not seeing it come up in Firefox. Listings Manager's WYSIWYG will come up in just Internet Explorer 5.5+ on a Windows PC so you'll want to ensure you're using this operating system and browser so you can see your WYSIWYG editor in Listings Manager. I hope this helps Cathy! Cheers, Mike Briggs - Product Specialist support@interactivetools.com

Thanks Mike! That answered my question but didn't help. You've left us Mac users out in the cold. Any chance you might be showing us some love in the future? __________________________________ InternetOne.net

Hi Cathy, We'll definitely be using a more inclusive WYSIWYG editor in future versions of the software - we've got some Mac users in our office here too! Let us know if you need anything else. ----------------------------------------------------------- Cheers, Jake Swanson - Product Specialist support@interactivetools.com
