Our listing manager has been up and working for about three years now and all the sudden mid day yesterday it fails to upload images. When editing or creating new we select upload images and it goes to the screen where we can browse to ten images and it lets us select the images but when we select the upload button it goes to page cannot be displayed. It all runs off the admin.cgi so would it be that admin.cgi script that has a problem. Can I just replace the admin.cgi with a origianl version? Thanks

Hi jasonj, Thanks for posting. A number of things could be causing this error, so it's tough to pin down without looking at your site directly. It could be a corrupt interface template file or maybe even something else. You can try re-uploading the admin.cgi file, but it may not fix the problem. Your best bet is to submit a support request so that we can take a look at your copy of the software directly: https://www.interactivetools.com/support/email_support.cgi Don't hesitate to contact us! ----------------------------------------------------------- Cheers, Jake Swanson - Product Specialist support@interactivetools.com
