The client has setup a home listing db. He would also like to have a school district db. This db would have ALOT of fields and records. Does he need to purchase a 2nd copy of RM, or can he create two databases on the same URL with one license? I know how the rules were about 2yrs. ago, but I think things might be a bit different now. Thanks for putting up with my multiple posts! Denise

Hi Denise, Each installation of Realty Manager uses one database for the listings. To manager another database would require another installation of Realty Manager and another license. Some sites have done this when they required a completely different set of listings fields. Cheers Damon Edis interactivetools.com
