Hi, I have an issue when I go to try and use the Publish option in Realty Manager I get the "Template : Template cell 'no_images' is not defined!" With the admin.cgi calling the templates I'm not sure what I need to do. Any help is appreciated!! Thanks, Chris

Without actually being able to view your templates, I'd guess that you edited the _publish_listing.html page or the _publish_listing_index.html page and accidentally removed the LM image tag for "no_images". LM uses tags that are used for the placement of images and various other information: <!-- template insert : $images$ --> <!-- templatecell : image --> html code for images goes here <!-- /templatecell : image --> <!-- templatecell : no_images --> html code for no images goes here <!-- /templatecell : no_images --> My guess is that at the very least, you nuked the no images tag. Even if you have no html code for a listing with no images, the tag HAS to be there. Compare it to the original template, add the tag and you should be fine. If you can't get it working and need someone to look at your template, let me know I'll be glad to take a look at it. Hope this helps. Thanks, Scott Need ImageMagick? GD.pm? You need to GetStacked! Scott, Thanks for replying back to my post! You were right on the money. I was back up and going in an half hour. After spending many hours on similar issues I think that my Front Page shared borders really did a number on those pages as well as others as I didn't find a trace of the template cells. Anybody heard of this? Thanks again, Chris

Hi, and thanks for your time.. Just recently our realty manager has seized to post listings, and images. There's an error message that was mentioned in this thread "Template : Template cell 'no_images' is not defined!" when we hit the upload, and publish listings button.. I've added that code you kindly wrote, but still no go.. we have changed servers, but all was seamless.. is this a chmod problem? can you take a look and help out? http://www.centraltexascommercial.com thanks a million

Hi larrpan, In addition to the templates discussed in this thread so far, this code is also required on your _publish_homepage.html template, so you'll want to check that in addition to the _publish_listing.html template. As long as these two lines of code are on both of those templates, this error shouldn't come up: <!-- templatecell : no_image --> <!-- /templatecell : no_image --> You might want to make sure the program you're using to edit the templates isn't removing HTML comments. Try double-checking those template files, and if you're still having trouble with this let us know. ----------------------------------------------------------- Cheers, Jake Swanson - Product Specialist support@interactivetools.com
