Hi Lee,
No, the listings page automatically sorts by the address field - there's no setting in the interface you can change for this just yet. (But it's on our feature request list!)
However, as you know, you can always achieve the same results by using the search engine. If you need any help with this, just post... :-)

Ah
Trouble is i modified all my fields! I did solve the problem with a template and created a URL for the client to do the listing.
Just while im on, will the next version be able to select the field to view in the listings manager? The client can search by any field anyway, but it would be nice to be able to select a default field to view by, ie ref no., name, price etc etc, to make management easier.

Hi Lee,
Yes, the next version will have actual html template files for all the interface pages, so you can easily modify how it looks - and even add extra columns to the listings page, so the adminstrators can view whatever information they desire.
The next version is currently slated for QA. We'll make a big announcement once it's released :-)

No, that's a way off yet! :-) I just meant we'll notify everyone on our mailing list, post a message here in the forums and generally try our best to inform everyone of the functionality of the upgrade.
