Is there a script or a way I can add a sign up form so agents can sign up?
Instead of me having to add the first property they can sign up using a sign up form ad then i can validate?

Hi,
Some sites are using an email form that agents fill in to sign up for an account. The Admin then receives the email and creates the account for them.
Another option is to use a separate add-on for Realty Manager that will allow users to automatically create a user account themselves.
